The AC unit made so much noise that my wife used ear plugs, unfortunately none for me. Hardly slept at all, sounded like a semi was coming in at times. Constant ugly loud noise. You didn't notice it until tv was off and quiet. Terrible, i do not believe that this is the 1st complaint. Body wash empty along with 4 kleenex and no spares. Never, ever again. All money should be refunded

This was one of the worst places we have every stayed. Room 118 had a bad smell, no body wash in the dispenser and the tv remote was worn out. We couldn't control the power or volume. We had to do it directly on the tv. The beds were absolutely horrible. My husband laid in his bed and he sunk! He looked like he was in a taco! He tried to fill in the hole with the extra pillows, but that didn't work. He ended up sleeping in my bed which also had the "v" problem and I had to have a leg or arm wrapped over the side to hold me up or I would roll down the hill. I hope all the rooms aren't this bad.

This is our 3rd time staying here overnight on our road trip from Arizona to Iowa! We love the pool and the rooms are super clean! Excellent staff! Always go over the top to help make your stay comfortable!

Registration knew I was disabled with a service dog but did not tell me I had to go up flights of stairs due to no elevator. Bed had plastic encasement and sheet would not stay on so we were sleeping on plastic. NOT GOOD. Also, the only option on TV was Direct TV. Remote barely worked and TV froze up when it rained.

Stopped there for a single night on our west coast to east coast road trip. Hotel needs some work and refresh. But overall super quiet and comfortable. You must love brown carpet. Great areas around the hotel to walk your dogs.
