Property was nice. Convenient to the Washington Dulles airport area. It was a basement unit of a townhome. The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. The washer/dry was in use by the upstairs tenants after 11:00 pm on multiple occasions during our stay.
