We reserved a handicap room for my elderly mom. Upon check in at 5: 20 pm we found out the elevator was broken. They original had us in a room on the 3rd floor. They couldnt not put us on the bottom floor it was full. They put us on the 2nd floor. My mom had to climb the stairs to our room. The elevator broke the night before. A phone call a head of time would have been nice to make other arrangements. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs and sausage was barely warm and the hot water for the hot cereal was barely warm. Waffles were good. I am glad it was a over night stop only.

There was a space between the door and the frame in the room, drywall was falling from the wall in the bathroom. Elevator made a lot of noise and banged with it got to the 1st floor. Does not live up to photos on the website. Very disappointed.

We arrived at this property after a long drive. Went to the front desk to check in and NO ONE was there!!! There was a sign to call a number which we did and the call failed! Another couple also wanted to check in and she went to the back room and found another number to call which she did. Finally after waiting over a half hour the lady came in with a cigarette in her hand and finally got us checked in. This is totally not acceptable! Since we booked with a third party we were told we would not be compensated for our inconvenience! Extremely disappointed with this terrible lack of consideration!

This property needs an update, the pool was down for maintenance, the elevator was broken and the back door did not lock as it was also broken. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Not wonderful. It wasn't awful, but I used the reviews to decide if I was going to stay, and I felt I didn't have enough information. I also think it's overpriced for the area and for what you get. This is in a very secluded area. There is this and a Super 8 with a marijuana dispensary between the buildings. There is a gas station nearby where the food was limited so I ate chips for dinner. They do have soup and smaller snacks for sale at the property, but I have food allergies that made those not work for me. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so I can't review them. As for the room, the walls were thin, so I could hear people all night/morning. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. The room was clean, but older, for instance, one of the lamps was just a bald lightbulb without a shade. The tub drip-dripped all night. The a/c unit sounded like an engine revving, which helped cover the traffic noise. Honestly, for white noise, it served its purpose. I didn't hate it, but it wasn't wonderful. I wouldn't stop there again.

Exterminator needed

When we undid the pullout couch there was a mouse on the cushions. When it was completely pulled out there was mouse poop all over the mattress. Other areas of the room were dirty as well.
