Screw up simple things, you get one star.

Thanks for the A/C unit in the room. Worked well considering the extreme heat in the area for the week. But seriously, who doesn’t provide a cover for a group of LEDs on a device that basically lights up a dark room. Yes, I eventually just covered it up with a towel. Still, just a stupid thing for a modern room.

Had to leave a day early, front desk agent was sleeping when we left and stumbled out, dont think he even understood we checked out. Had to call front dest becuse of kids running stomping around at midnight....... just not a restful place.

Very nice room and breakfast bar. Close proximity to Dulles. Good shuttle service to the airport, however, we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after our trip and it never came.

Rooms are good, staff is very friendly. I like the shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel. They can still improve breakfast options, currently the food options are very less.
