Websites needs updated! No pool, no fitness, no daily housekeeping. With that said, the establishment was very clean and organized.

Convenient to the college across the street. Hotel was under construction while we were there so the pool was out of service, it would have been nice to have been informed of that before checking in. Staff was friendly, the place was clean. Amenities were good enough. Breakfast was OK. Overall, was a good stay

The corners of the bathroom floor were filthy, like the floor has been mopped and the majority of it was clean but didn’t look like anyone ever tried a broom before mopping, it was noticeable. There was a big stain on th carpet outside my door, not very welcoming. The carpet in my room was coming up, not a trip hazard but certainly drew your attention to it. Handheld shower was terrible, it was hard to manage (and reach) and leaked where it was connected to the hose. The soap dispenser by the sink was EMPTY… I’m not one to complain but these wee all things that stood out. Everyone I talked to was pleasant polite and helpful and while I realize things are under construction, that had no direct effect on my room.

Room needed a deep clean, the door was not sealed well and was ajar uppon our arrival, there was a dog continiously barking well after dark Friday night. Breakfast service was great!

The room was is horrible shape - The room only had half of the curtains so we could not cover the window fully to sleep; the television did not work properly - only two channels would tune in, the telephone did not work so we could not call for assistance with the television, and the bathroom door strangely had a self-closing mechanism installed so when you entered the bathroom the door would hit you if you are not careful. When notifying the staff they offered no apology or solution except the change rooms with no guarantee another room would have similar problems. In fact, the front desk told me to hit the "red reset" button on the TV and she said occasionally guests could resolve the TV issue this way - after 10 minutes of wasting our time, we determined the TV had no such button. Clearly, the TV issue was pervasive and had not been addressed. Likewise, the icemaker was not working either we were told - come to find out it had even been removed from our floor so clearly maintaining the properly in any fashion was NOT a priority.

Filty rooms. I wiped the door handles and my wipe was nasty. By the time I finished cleaning the remote and light switches it was black. The floors were grimy. The tub was so nasty, we had to put the bath rug inside it to stand on it. AND there was no housecleaning. You had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. If it was earlier and rooms nearby avaliable, we would have switched hotels and eaten the money we put down. The fitness room closed for renovation. No ice machines avaliable. We were able to get a "bag" of ice. One per day with enough to fill our travel cups. The evening desk clerk was very rude. The dining attendant was more concerned about smoking her cigarettes, 3 in 45 minutes. Thankfully the other desk clerk was quite nice. Even the outside was was in need of care. Sure wish the reviews were posted earlier for this place. Certainly not worth the small savings.

This was quite literally the most disgusting hotel property i have ever seen. It does a disservice to the brand name. The parking lot was in need of repair, the lobby and room smelled badly, carpets were deplorable. Walked into room to find one bed was visibly lower than the other. Discovered the base under it was broken. So we were given a room with a broken bed even though they were nearly empty by the number of cars parked in the lot (less than 10 cars). Killed a bug iwithin 5 minutes of entering. Surfaces was visible not cleaned. We left without staying and the hotel refused to refund me. The property needs to be closed down. It is unfit for anyone. Drive to Weirton and stay somewhere santitary and with a functional bed.

Not sure I'd go back.

1. Cleanliness: After my shower in the morning, I walked back into the room in my bare feet and sat down on the bed and my feet were filthy, despite having *just* showered. 2. We were on the 1st floor and we could not shut the curtains. There were only sheers over the window itself and a bright spotlight just outside the room/window. I had to clip the curtains with a binder clip to block out the light AND so that no one could see in. I wanted to report these items to them on the way out, but there was not a soul to be found at the front desk. The room was comfortable aside from those things, but I'm not sure I'd go back.
