Staff very friendly, easy check in. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and bathroom was very clean which is always a plus in my book. My only mild complaint was I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get my room keys reactivated. I’m pretty conscious of where I put my room keys so this doesn’t happen, so I’m not sure what the issue was. Never used the pool. Free breakfast was as expected. Overall a good stay, and a good value.

We have stayed at this place multiple times over the last 4 years. Honestly, it's starting to feel a little run down and not as well taken care of as it used to be. While the pool and hot tub were nice, the room was just feeling old and in need of an update. And the breakfast was not good at all. The waffle batter was too runny to make waffles, the gravy was watered down and the supplies were not stocked well. We will be looking for other options in Stevens Point next time.

The sausage gravy for breakfast was very watery and lacked flavor. The bed was too stiff for my liking, but everything appeared to be very clean. The hot tub was great! It was actually hot and did not feel like it was just bath water.

The room was filthy. Cobwebs in window. Sink bug in window. Window frame would not close all the way, so air from outside could get in. Stains of black and cherry color on comforter underside, dog hair and human hair under covers. Would have stayed and slept on top of bedding but too many things were just not sanitary. Offered us a different room, but at that point we chose to drive home instead of staying there. Waiting on refund of room charge, $25 incidental charges.
