Chalet Unit #44 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort and enjoys a central location near the pool, shuffleboard courts, and volleyball area. Set within the resort’s classic A-frame community, this 2BR 1BA chalet sleeps up to 6 guests and available for year-round stays. Guests are just a short walk from the beach and have access to the resort’s extensive amenities, including sandy beaches, 3 swimming pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, ponds, and more.

THE SPACE
Chalet Unit #44 features warm wood interiors and an open main level living space. The comfortable living area opens directly to the bright screened porch, where wall to wall windows offer peaceful views of the green space and nearby amenities. It is the perfect place for board games, quiet mornings, or unwinding after a day by the pool or beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The dining area sits beneath the signature A frame ceiling and skylight, creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and family time.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families or small groups. Each bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunks, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The main level full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for easy arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available for guest use.

Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing.
