The entryway was wonderful - but that's where the good experience stopped. The hallways and rooms appeared dirty and outdated (1960s). The building and rooms smelled horrible! Luckily, I had a balcony over the pool so I could leave my balcony door open to get better air. The pool was "open" but the water was mirror-still, i.e., not circulating so I doubt it was clean. I heard the water was ice cold. Half of the AC outlets in my room did not work - something was jammed into one of the spade slots. Walls were paper thin and neighbors were terribly noisy. In the evenings, many of the room doors remained propped open by the safety latch, allowing anyone access to those rooms overnight, and since there was no security entering the building, anyone could walk in an go occupy these "open" rooms.

You could see dirt built up in corners of the bathroom. No phones or bed covers in the room. The property badly shows its age. Check in time was 3, we arrived at 2:45. I asked if we could check in— the answer was no, not til 3. I’ve stayed in many hotels and typically if a room is ready , you can check in. Definitely not worth the money. I have pics of the dirty bathroom if you want them.

My door wouldn’t close

I wasn’t greeted at all, I greeted her. She had attitude with me when she was very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear her and I asked her to repeat herself incase it was important. She slammed the keys down infront of me as well. Then our door to our hotel room I have to slam HARD to get it to close. When I went to the front desk to ask for either maintenance or a new room I couldn’t find anyone, I checked 5 times no staff was in the building. The entire hotel smelled like wet carpet and mold. Unfortunately you get used to it. But this was a horrible stay, the bed is firm my back hurts they have outdated TV’s they are pushed to the very back of the stand and GLUED down, I understand not wanting it stolen but you shoved a 32 inch TV to the very back wall I mean come on. Half the outlets wouldn’t hold a charger they would just fall out. They did have an ice machine but water was nowhere to be found other than the sink. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Forgot to mention the part where you could hear everyone around you.. I could hear the teenagers next to me barely even speaking. Then people would be yelling in the hallways. I would have had more peace and quiet if I slept in my truck and saved myself $107.

First room sent to wasn’t cleaned. Second room sent to had these issues: 1 no phone 2 no blow dryer 3 showers curtain rod hanging 4 no tissues 5 broken plug the clock was supposed to be plugged into 6 toilet paper roll too close and behind the commode.

Ok to stay but check room for cleanliness

The hotel itself was nice, but I don’t think the cleaning staff does a very good job as my room still had someone’s bra hanging in it after my arrival… this tells me that the rooms are not clean very well

The pool is NOT heated. It is FREEZING. There is NOT a hot tub. They filled it in with concrete. I'm not sure if this always happens, but rooms were not available for several guests at check-in. The toilet in the room was missing bolts to the floor so was shaky. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great lobby.

Got tot the hotel at 330 to check in and our rooms were not ready. Was told to come back on 30 mins and they would be ready. We return around 415 and still had no rooms ready for us and we’d then tools it would be another hour before the rooms were ready. Around 545 we finally got to check in.
