You will find a well-equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private fan, private TV, private washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Additional amenities include a baby crib and outdoor shower for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden and private outdoor pool, open seasonally from May 15 to October 15. The recently renovated pool features a comfortable stone sunbathing area made from Stintino stone, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. You can also use the private grill for outdoor dining and are located near the beach.



Parking includes 1 shared on-site space and street parking options. One pet is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted. The villa offers high privacy levels in a quiet area away from crowds, ideal for a relaxing vacation immersed in nature.
