The large, light-filled kitchen-living room creates a cozy atmosphere and offers a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped.

In the bedroom there is a large bed, which invites you to rest after an eventful day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate spacious storage room. Since 2023 guests can also make use of a sauna for an additional charge.

The southwest facing terrace offers plenty of space to soak up the sun, enjoy the peace and quiet, read a book or even end the evening with a glass of wine under the stars.

The train station is a 7-minute walk away and the village store is a 3-minute walk away (+ fresh food counter, bakery). A farm store is a 15-minute walk away, the Restaurant Zum Adler is a 4-minute walk away and there are several swimming opportunities in the surrounding area: Bodmann - 10 minutes by bike and Ludwigshafen - 15 minutes by bike.

The cozy vacation apartment in Wahlwies near Lake Constance invites you to relax and linger. The accommodation is located in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the countryside. The region offers countless hiking, biking and swimming opportunities, as well as numerous excursion destinations. Since the small village Wahlwies is located on the western tip of Lake Constance, it is a great starting point for exploring the upper and lower part of the lake + surroundings. Switzerland is also not far away and worth a trip.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung liegt im schönen Wahlwies und bietet perfekte Erholung. Der See ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Wiederkommen😊.

Im wahrsten Sinne eine wunderbare Auszeit in der "Kleinen Auszeit"

Pros: Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt, wozu die sehr herzlichen und mega freundlichen Gastgeber von Beginn an beigetragen haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für ein 1. Kennenlernen der Bodenseeregion für uns perfekt gewesen. Der nahegelegene Dorfladen hat sehr leckere Backwaren und ist schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schöne Neubauwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte viel Stauraum!!! Die Heizung funktionierte hervorragend, es war mollig warm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Cons: Eine Mikrowelle fehlt.

Entspannung und Erholung in gefälligem Ambiente

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse - sonnendurchflutet - haben wir schon zum Frühstück genießen können. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und die Fahrräder können beim Gastgeber sicher verwahrt werden. Sehr gute Ausstattung der FW. Wirklich ruhige Umgebung und einen tollen Dorfladen und einen zu empfehlenden Hofladen in der Nähe.
