Name on hotel is not the same on the building. Difficult to get into the building if they do not send the QR code. Lock box at room door to access keys was also difficult. The two ladies in at the desk were helpful. Not sure I recommend it.

Katastrophale KI gestützte Buchungsplattform. Frühstück buchen oder Zimmer-PIN bekommen war katastrophal. Rechnung erhalten ebenso. Am Ende nach ewigen Telefonaten und dutzenden E-Mails ging es irgendwie doch.
