The breakfast was classic Hilton standards . I have grown to love and expect. The shopping wasnt that exciting. I do love the location of the hotel. Which gave me excellent access to the interstate.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. Hotel is fairly new opened in Feb. The amenities were great as well as their toiletries. Roomy shower and room. The full breakfast was delicious. My only complaint and no fault of hotel is that my neighbor was screaming her head off at her cheating boyfriend over the phone at 7:30 am. Quiet time is from 10 pm -9 am guess she didn’t read that. Overall great stay and would stay again. Friendly customer service as well.

I am still waiting for management to contact me regarding the disgustingly dirty room I was placed in. I sent in pictures of the following: trash and pubic hairs all over the hotel provided soap containers hanging on the wall. I then found wads of hair in the corners of the room, noticed the wallpaper peeling, the cracks in the walls by the baseboards, gunked up gum or some other substance on the floor in several places, hair on the sink in the bathroom, stains on the comforter, and some kind of unidentified white disgusting substance on the bottom of the second bed that was clearly viewable from the other bed. I was told housekeeping is only around every other day. I was also told this place opened in February--you should call your builder because oh boy did they do you wrong. Just gross and unapologetic and a complete runaround from whoever controls the texting and management. I texted again this morning asking about whether management was going to contact me and there was no response. Anyway--beware folks, new does not mean running well and does not mean clean. PS--I was told they would send housekeeping up but when I left, she leaned up against the wall on the third floor next to her cart texting and when I attempted to speak to her, she literally did not look at me and was dismissive. So yeah, there is that too. Just do better!
