Terrible experience. Me and a group of friends were scheduled and confirmed to stay here on New Years Eve and was in contact with the owner beforehand. The day of NYE I was never contacted on how to enter the home even though myself plus members of my group reached out to the owner multiple times, and so we had to last minute change our plans. I was traveling from out of town, luckily all my friends weren’t because where would we have stayed last minute on NYE, one of the busiest days of the year, if we weren’t from here. His contact information also doesn’t work and Vrbo also wasn’t able to get in contact with the owner. I tried contacting him for more than a week beforehand and he failed to respond to me but responded to my friend messaging from a different account. Terrible experience and I hope nobody else has to go through it.
