Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, schöne Umgebung mit gutem Anschluss an die City mit den ÖV. Das Hotelpersonal war unfreundlich, immer gestresst und wenn wir was wollten eine unendliche Wartezeit. Mindestens das Frühstück war gut und die Speisen ebenfalls. Durch die verschiednen Feste inkl. Midsummer waren alle mehr als überfordert. Am letzten Abend haben sich gleich drei Leute des Personal bei uns entschuldigt, obwohl wir nicht reklamierten. Wir würden dieses Hotel nur in ausser-festlichen-Zeiten, wann immer die auch sind empfehlen, ansonsten eher NICHT!

Besser gehts nicht

Ein unglaublich schönes Hotel und das zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind so super freundlich und hilfsbereit besser gehts garnicht. Wir kommen defintiv wieder!

Hieno rakennus ja ympäristö!

Huoneet olivat pimeitä ja pelottavia. Aamupala oli saanut olla parempi: ahdas noutopöytä ja tuntui, että ruuat olivat koko ajan loppu.

Wohlfühloase mitten in Stockholm

Wir durften 4 Nächte in diesem wundervollen Hotel genießen. Die Lage direkt am See, etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum hat sehr zu einem erholsamen Städtetrip beigetragen. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das Stadtzentrum in gut 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr stimmig und elegant eingerichtet und entsprachen absolut unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist uns das gesamte Hotel Team, von der Reception bis zum Barista. Wir wurden stets sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich behandelt und uns wurde immer ein Lachen geschenkt. Die gute interne Stimmung im Team kann man förmlich spüren. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das kulinarische Angebot. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig. Vom einfachen Müsli bis zum schwedischen Lachs mit Kräuterkruste ist für alle etwas da. Das à la Carte Restaurant konnte uns ebenfalls mit sehr gut zubereiteten schwedischen Speisen überzeugen.

Stadturlaub

Typisches, historisches, schwedisches Hotel mit Charm und Renovationsbedarf. Unser Zimmer ging leider auf viel befahrene Strassen mit dem entsprechenden Lärm über 24 Stunden. Die Dusche wechselte alle 5 Sekunden zwischen heiss und kalt, was nicht besonders tragisch war, da der am Körper klebende Plastikvorhang ein längeres Duschen ohnehin verbat. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen a la carte gut. Trotz des etwas renovationsbedürftigen Eindrucks würden wir nicht ausschliessen, das Hotel nochmals zu besuchen.
