Welcome to your newly renovated Stockholm apartment! Please treat the space with care during your stay, as everything is in excellent condition. Note that the kitchen is well-equipped but does not include an oven. The apartment is located in the basement but benefits from natural light through both the window and front door (see photos).

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is after 4pm (16:00), and check-out is before 11am (11:00).

If you`d like to check in earlier or check out later, feel free to let me know, and I`ll try to accommodate you if possible.

House Rules:
No smoking inside or near the apartment.
No parties or pets allowed.

The apartment is located on the peaceful Rindögatan, just a short walk from both Karlaplan and Royal Djurgården. With excellent bus and metro connections (red line), you`re well connected to explore Stockholm.

Outside the apartment, you`ll find the lush and green Tessinparken—perfect for a picnic or a drink at the nearby café during summer. Only a 5-minute walk away is Fältöversten Mall, offering grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques.

If you`re looking to explore more of Stockholm, Djurgården and the city center are easily accessible, and a short subway ride will take you to Kungsholmen, Södermalm, and Old Town.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
