We stayed 3 nights at the Victory Hotel. It's like spending the night in a museum with all the nautical antiques and considering its location. The locations is absolutely perfect for enjoying all that the "Old Town" has to offer (e.g., history, architecture, shopping, dining, etc.) Our room was very quiet and safe. What stood out to us was the exceptional staff (shout out to David) and fantastic breakfast buffet! Oh, and they have a great sauna that we used as well!

While the location of the hotel is great, everything else beside breakfast was well below standard. Room very small, hardly any storage. Bathroom the same. No amenities. This was more like a 2-star experience.

Great location in Stockholms old town. The hotel rooms were small and quite poorly lit but very quiet, no noise from the street as the hotel is on a quiet street in an otherwise bustling region of town. Ideally located for dining, sightseeing and accessing transit. Mattresses are way too soft! The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly.

This is a 'theme' hotel (its decoration has a very nautical focus, centered around the Battle of Trafalgar). The rooms are named for various sea captains, and the decoration follows that lead. So it is quirky, but nice and comfortable. My wife and I really liked it. The daily breakfast is quite good; but we did not eat in the restaurant -- there were plentiful options throughout Gamala Stan, just steps away. One caution: the hotel's floors - at least, the one we were on - have two levels, connected by two steps. Might present a challenge for some visitors.

This hotel was amazing. It is in the old section of town and close to all the wonderful places in Stockholm such as the lovely shops, palace, and restaurants. The breakfast was top notch and far exceeded our expectations. Services by staff was excellent including tips on restaurants and getting us a early morning cab to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It was like staying in a museum, loads of wonderful artifacts to admire. Very convenient for the old town, loads of restaurants. Only downside was the bar was small and usually full of diners so virtually impossible to just go for a drink.

Disappointing.

It’s a quant hotel with a lot of character. We were really happy until the second night. Our room windows opened to a courtyard restaurant and bar. Literally our windows would hit chairs at a table when opened slightly. The loud music and talking prevented us from going to sleep until midnight. That was unacceptable.
