Not a pleasant stay from the blaring phone call before 7am to fetch the luggage cart then someone walking in my room unannounced assuming because it was time to check out. I paid extra for a late check out. Overall unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere and staff.

The blinds let in lots of light from the light that was right outside. The little refrigerator was super loud. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and then in the middle of the night it turned on. The heater sounded like it was gonna die. And you could hear everything that was going on outside. Oh and I think it has the worlds smallest pool.

Chen (spelling?) was very patient and helpful! I called prior to check in to ask about early check in for the 3 rooms I reserved for Thanksgiving night. She had my registration paper work ready for me and placed all 3 rooms next to each other on the same floor. She went above and beyond in accomodating my party and me!
