Disappointed

I’m not one to give bad reviews but I agree with Paula P. This is not a nice place. Uncomfortable beds, slider door doesn’t latch or lock, cheap linens, dirty chairs and rugs. Every surface needs to be cleaned, painted or replaced. Washer/dryer and yards in terrible condition. However, the kids did enjoy the ping pong and pool table.

Dirty and unsafe

there is no place to put your clothing, no hangers in closets, no dressers any of the rooms, no travel stands for suitcases. very thing goes on floor. showers have not been cleaned in properly, chrome fixtures are covered in mineral deposits. had to pick deposits out of shower head to get decent water flow. bath room have other people long hair, debris, mold. TP holder in front bathroom missing parts can't use it. hi chair is full of baby food. and food packed in lap belt. flooring left my white sox dirty during breakfast. dining room chairs have dirt stains on seat, unsafe to sit on broken legs and backs on 4 of 6 chairs. kitchen sinks have mold buildup in drains. it wipes right off with finger. not even a full set of 6 flat wear, or glasses. oven food mess on bottom. game room is nothing more than garage with pool and pingpong table in them. this is only the major points. GREAT PLACE FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE

Great stay at Modern Coffee House

Family bonding

The place was very welcoming and we felt at home. After the funeral services, we were able to come together as a family and bond over food, games and great conversations. Thank you to the host for being accommodating! We enjoyed our stay immensely!
