After checking in, we eventually went to our room, I told my children to each take a shower. We were appalled to find the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower was full of dirt, and hair. There was pubic hair inside the shower where my kids were supposed to bathe. It was midnight and we had 5 hours to wash up and sleep, so I took photos of this and had to clean it up myself so my kids could shower and go to sleep. I’ve attached the photos. This is absolutely unacceptable and made me and my children extremely uncomfortable to bathe and sleep in this dirty room. I do not feel it is appropriate for me to even pay for this night at all. I am certain these photos don’t do it justice because the feeling of having your kids find this filth is terrible.
