Booked with Hotels.com. Chose a king room with a couch. Photos showed king room with couch. Upon check-in I was told king room only, no couch. They could not honor “third party” booking. I had to pay $10.30 more for the couch. Disappointing!

We have stayed at this Hampton many times in the past and as usual the check-in process was smooth and staff was very congenial. The room was clean and everything was in order as well as the lobby and breakfast area. Staff and Security was also very helpful by dealing with people in the neighboring room that were being extremely loud by pounding on the door and yelling at 4:00 in the morning.
