Our Shades of Blue Homestead, is located in the heart of Lodi, known for its wine and historic downtown. We are less than a mile from the beautiful Lodi Lake, the historic downtown and just 1.5 miles to the popular Wine & Roses. Remodeled to its current beauty in 2017, our 1200 sq foot home offers you 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and private parking that can accommodate 3-4 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in front of the residence.

We do our best to ensure our guest have an easy and smooth self check- in process. We will send our guest detailed instructions prior to arrival to assist with self check-in.

Bedrooms are meant to be relaxing and that’s just what you will find in our bedrooms. With comfort in mind, we provide our guest with BeautyRest mattresses, cotton sheets and a cozy blanket in each closet. Our master bedroom has a California King, bedroom two has two queen bed, bedroom three has a queen, and bedroom four has two queen beds. Each room has it own dresser for clothing and ample closet space for hanging clothes or storage.

With plenty of seating for our guest our living room also provides our guest with WiFi, a 60” Samsung Smart TV, with Netflix, Hulu, SmartTV Plus and Amazon Firestick available.

A small shopping center is located just half a mile away where you can find shops and stores: Starbucks, Edible Arrangements, Massage Envy, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Donut Shop, Nail Salon, Gas Stations and so much more! A local grocery story "Buy for Less" is only a half mile away.

We are also located less than a mile from the beautiful Lodi Lake, where our guest can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, walking trails, park and picnics.

Bridal Shower

10 childhood girlfriends decided to meet half way to celebrate our beautiful friends wedding. The house was amazing! We had so much fun hanging out in the living room. There were soft cozy blankets everywhere to curl up with and laugh. The beds were amazing and everyone slept so good. We had an amazing time in this perfect place.

Wonderful property!

Our family stayed here for our sons wedding at Wine & Roses. This house was perfect! We had the front house for family and then had the studio in back for groom and groomsmen. The communication from owner was super fast, check in was simple. The amenities at this property is similar to a hotel as far as extras in bathroom like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra toothbrush etc. Home was clean and towels laid out. Everything in kitchen was easy to find and nothing lacking. I highly recommend this property!

Great owner, lovely house and fun town!

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely home. We rented the main house which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a suite behind the house but I don’t think anyone was staying there. This is a lovely renovated home in a nice part of old Lodi. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for families with kids to hangout out together and explore Lodi

We were a group of three families with a total of 6 kids. It was perfect size for us all to hangout in the common spaces and the backyard. The bedrooms and bathroom were also perfect foe the number of guests. The hosts had everything we needed in the right places to find. They also kept the communication lines open in case we had questions. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying here.

My family and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful "Blue" home! The house was pristine, beautiful and so incredibly comfortable. If we had a communication with the owners they responded right away. They also left us a personal touch with a little note and some yummy chocolates. When I go to Lodi again, this is absolutely where I will stay!
