Disliked: Cleanliness
Whole house stank of smoke. Filthy bedding and mattresses. 1 fork between the 7 of us. Marks on the carpets and the walls. Pile of cigarette butts outside the back door. Mattress in single room smelt very strong of urine so son had to sleep on the floor. Blinds were broken in the downstairs bedroom. The list is endless
