One and a half blocks from the beach on a quiet one-way street in the coveted south end of Stone Harbor, this magical sun-drenched 2 BDR 1BA home fits the bill for a perfect seashore retreat.

This property is one of the original Stone Harbor beach dwellings built circa 1912. At 535 square feet, it is a bright, comfortable and well appointed "tiny house."

Interior completely renovated August 2024, Central Heat and A/C, internet/WIFI, thoughtfully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and outdoor seating areas, gas grill, washer/dryer, private enclosed outdoor shower and changing/dressing area. There is no TV in this home.

You have access to the entire house, and the entire property, including two parking spaces in front of the house and a comfortable and private outdoor seating/living area.
