The space:
This spacious 10-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers comfort, entertainment, and privacy on a wooded lot near Harriman State Park. With a seasonal heated pool, year-round hot tub, game room, and multiple lounges, it's ideal for group stays. The chef’s kitchen, large deck, and peaceful views make it a relaxing retreat just an hour from NYC.

Guest access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all 10 bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, and game rooms. The outdoor deck, hot tub, seasonal pool, fire pit, and surrounding yard are also exclusively yours during your stay. Plenty of private parking is available on-site.

Other things to note:
Pool heating is available seasonally with advance notice and a daily fee. Please bring firewood if using the fire pit. Grill requires a propane tank (not provided). A security deposit is required; the amount varies depending on the length of stay. Pets are welcome with prior approval and fee.
