Welcome to your mountain retreat at Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe! This cozy 2-bedroom + loft, 2.5-bath home features a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, games, puzzles, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Enjoy resort amenities like trails, a pool, a hot tub, and on-site dining. Perfect for skiing, hiking, or relaxing in the Green Mountains. The complex has gorgeous indoor and outdoor pools, shared hot tub and beautiful gym, XC-skiing center and mountain biking on the property.

Located at the beloved Trapp Family Compound. Guests have the ability to use all the amazing amenities this property has to offer : indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, xc center. Treat yourself to sandwiches and Austrian-inspired fare at the Kaffehaus, or take a quick trip to the Trapp Lodge or Bierhall for fancier meals. Stunning views round out the package. The hills are alive and beautiful here.


*This villa is about 10 mins to Sprue Peak. Trapp Family Lodge runs a weekend shuttle to Spruce twice a day.


*An EV charger is available on-site for guests to use during their stay.

*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive in the winter months.

We didn't ski, but you have to rate your ski experience, so ignore mine. The check in process sucked. We arrived exhausted from our travel to check in at 4:20, check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We were told we could not check in until 5:00. Of course we had not planned ahead to eat at the Bierhall so we had to scramble to find out where to go eat. The manager called me back around 5:30, a little late to be helpful and offered us 100 to make up for it. We didn't receive anything. But that aside, I love this place and am hoping to rent it this summer, but also management would not return my many emails and messages about this as well.
