This two bedroom, two bath condo is charming and ideally located half way between the Stowe Mountain Resort (8 minutes) and Main Street (5 minutes). It has direct access to Mountainside Road and a short walking distance from hiking trails, restaurants, shops, breweries, coffee shops and bakeries. Enjoy this corner unit on the top floor with great privacy and wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and ski slopes from the terrace! Note that you will need to go up four flights of stairs, although the view and privacy is totally worth it. Have fun with the whole family at this cozy getaway!
Amenities include indoor hot tub, pool and gym, which are open from 9am to 9pm.
Front desk is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Thursdays through Saturdays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
During the winter months, we strongly advise using snow tires or a four wheel drive vehicle when navigating around town.
Water Disclosure:
On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated PFAS limits. Despite other states adopting a plan that involves several years to adopt such limits, the State of Vermont has recently decided to implement the limits immediately, prompting the issuance of a "Do Not Drink" order for tap water. Although PFAS levels comply with previous limits, according to the "Do Not Drink" order, you should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking or any consumptive use. Bathing and washing clothes are safe.
Bottled water will be available in the Amenities Building from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and in the resort office during hours of operation.
While we wait for the installation of the necessary filters in the Mountainside Resort, for the comfort of our guests, we will also be supplying bottled water inside the unit.
