Run down and poorly stocked

This property is pretty run down and poorly stocked for a condo, espcially at this price. It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work. Don't expect anything that a typical condo may come with, like say shampoo. It's definitely had water damage and a host of other problems that have never really been fixed. If you're a group of skiiers and need 7 beds, it works slightly better than an overpass I guess.
