Excellent location for the Christmas markets! The room was spacious and the staff was incredibly kind. The bathrooms needed a little bit of a deep clean (new shower curtain, plugged drain) but otherwise a great hotel

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, especially for the Christmas markets. The parking was useful but some areas of the parking lot were difficult to access due to the narrow driveways.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was generally clean and everything was in working order. The location was very good for visiting the old town area and accessing transit. The downside was simply the comfort and layout of the room. Prices were high visiting during the Christmas Markets, which made this hotel a good option, but I would likely seek other options on a return visit. With some investment in comfort and modernization, this hotel would be very nice.

In the center of everything- walkable to the station, the Notre Dame, Petit France waterfront. Plenty of food options. Property has underground parking. Friendly staff, let us checkin early and park our rental car for a couple of hours when checking out. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but enough for our family of four adults.

Excellent stay in close proximity to the train station and in the center of everything to see and do. Laundry available in the hotel. We did not take the morning breakfast, but it looked very good.

This property was all you expect from a citadines and more. They had a comfort room where guests can refresh towels or sheets in between services. The apartment was well equipped with cutlery and plates etc and all matching sets, more than you would need. Very thoughtful. The street is right in the middle of the island and a quick stroll to everything. Would definitely stay again.

It’s been my first time in a Citadines property and I can confidently say it’s been a great choice: great and reasonably spacious apartment in a very central area. i would have loved to try the Brasserie at the street level if it wasn’t I had a restaurant booking already. Glad I could take my Labrador with me. Spaces are arranged in a way I didn’t disturb other guests on the early morning walk. Lovely breakfast room with outside area too. I’d say very good value for money for central Strasbourg.
