Nous avons été tres déçus pour plusieurs raisons:Premièrement l'hôtel est très vieillissant, la propreté pas top et l'insonorisation inexistante. Mais le pire a été de découvrir avec stupeur que notre réservation avait été annulée avant notre arrivée sans aucune explication ni raison, nous n'en avions même pas été prevenus. L'hôtel étant complet, on nous a placés dans une chambre de secours...nous ne sommes pas prêts de retourner dans cet hôtel d'une part et hésiterons à réserver via votre site à l'avenir d'autre part.

convenable

Très bon accueil, nous avons été renseignés pour visiter le centre ville avec des cartes. Le tram est à 4 min à pied. Néanmoins, il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre et surtout la salle de pain.. obligés d'aérer... dommage. L'accueil reste le point positif!

Le wi-fi est très mauvais, le restaurant le soir ne propose pas beaucoup de choix , on a eu 2 plats chaud au choix. Personnel agréable .c'est un 3 étoiles un peu vieux , besoin être rafraîchi . Petit déjeuner trop chère
