Hello sir, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you found the room too small, all our classic rooms are about 18m² and the beds are the same size in all our rooms, a queen size 160x200 cm. In terms of room size, we have larger rooms such as the premium rooms which are until 26m².We hope to see you soon in our establishment to give you a more conclusive experience than this one.

Chambre trop petite et absence d'intimité ds la salle de bain. On dirait un Ibis budget ! Absence d'un frigo.

Nous comprenons que cet agencement puisse vous surprendre, mais sachez que la disposition de la salle de bain à en effet été revue après l'ouverture des deux premiers hôtels de Nantes et Grenoble. De même, sachez que nous proposons également des chambres plus grande (25m²) dans tous nos hôtels. Nous espérons tout de même vous revoir chez OKKO HOTELS !

insgesamt kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Jedoch kann ich die anderen, zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen zum Teil bestätigen. Also Hotel liegt schön zentral, leider kein Parkplatz vom Hotel (ca 4 Gehminuten in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus für 15 Euro pro Tag). Ganz besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den 24 Stunden Club (heisse und kalte Getränke und zwischen 18.30 und 20.00 Uhr kleine Antipasti), wir haben das Angebot fleissig genutzt. Frühstück für ca 16 Euro war in Ordnung, ob es das Geld wert ist, liegt im Auge des Betrachters. Für mich war es ok aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu wenig. Es fehlten Salz und Pfeffer, weichgekochte Eier, Meerrettich für den Lachs etc. Und damit komme ich auf den Punkt der Bewertung, es wäre ein tolles 3 Sterne Hotel, aber leider keine 4 Sterne. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, für mich okay, das Bad ist ganz verrückt in den Raum gebaut, jedoch kann man nicht duschen ohne Überschwemmung im Bad, nicht auf Toilette gehen ohne Zuhörer und Zuschauer. Die Zimmerreinigung hat die Balkontüre offengelassen und der Balkon ist von anderen Zimmer zugänglich, Wertsachen im Zimmer !--das darf nicht sein. Eine Reklamation wurde mit Schulterzucken beantwortet!!! Handtuchwechsel nur für 1 Person, für die 2. Person ganz es nur 1 Handtuch statt 2. Auch hier nur ein Schulterzucken. Vllt sind die Mitarbeiter zu unerfahren und es geht eine erfahrene Kraft ? Ich glaube das ginge sehr viel besser!
