Everything was perfect. Communication ,cleanliness, size of the suite etc. the only thing ( for light sleepers) was a little noise in the weekend from the bar across the street.

Room was clean but stayed 3 nights and only 1 set of towels. Towel bar broke off wall dirt day. It was a kitchenette but no paper towels and coffee 1 day only. The real problem was the noise. Every night there were drunk homeless people fighting and arguing till the early morning hours. Walls were paper thin could hear everything in other rooms. Bed had only 2 very small pillows. Bed mattress was very thin.

The location of L32 is incredible - you're right by the cathedral and next to a plethora of incredible restaurants and bars. It's also just a 20mins walk from the train station. The apartment was clean and I love that it has a fridge and a washing machine. The only minor issue was the amount of noise at night and in the morning, but that's it. Overall, an incredible stay.

The property was excellent and the location was ideal. The only down side was that as we had a flat facing the street there are various restaurants on the street and this resulted in noise from people who were at the restaurant. Also there was some scuffle one night at about 2.30am. Regards

“The hotel was very clean, but during our stay, we didn’t see anyone or have any interaction with the staff. No one came to check on us or bring us basic amenities like toilet paper or towels, even though we didn’t ask since we didn’t see anyone. Also, the noise from the bar was constant, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable.”

Easy meet for check in. She took the time to show us about the apartment. Spacious and clean. It is right near a main plaza, so perfect for restaurants and shopping, downside side does make it noisy late at night/early morning. With a kitchen, it would;d be helpful to have either napkins or paper towels. Spotty internet made getting some stuff done a bit slow. Overall good choice.

Great location! Close to the cathedral, Petit France, and all the tourist spots yet located on a quiet pedestrian street. The check in process was seamless and management was quick to respond to all communications. The only negative would be the bed was too hard for my liking.
