Easily accessible to communicate in a situation where we encountered some issue in the sink of the kitchen, they sent a personnel to fix the problem. 🙁 There was no extra rack in the shower room to put the clothes."

Thiergarten "Très bien situé dans un quartier calme et bien insonorisé 🙂 Emplacement près de la gare (super pour faire un saut à Colmar, et proche de la consigne à bagage). Le centre de Strarsbourg (petite france) est facilement accessible à pied. C'est calme/silencieux/bien isolé, la gestion des clés par coffre à clé est bien pratique (attention, le coffre est situé à 300m du logement, soit 4/5 min à pied: ce n'a pas été gênant pour nous) 🙁 un seconde serviette de douche par personne serait le bienvenue (pour les cheveux) Un livret d'accueil avec quelques astuces pour découvrir la ville, la procédure de checkout (que l'on reçoit par mail) et surtout les code wifi (non fourni... mais nous avions une bonne connexion 5g, donc nous avons fait sans... les codes sont surement ceux en dessous de la box, mais nous n'avons pas essayé)."
