Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels. Leave used towels in the bathrooms for cleaners to gather and wash, pull sheets off used beds and leave in bedrooms for cleaners to wash.
Throw trash away. Put recycling/trash in the bins outside. Trash pick up is Tuesday. The owner will put the bins at end of driveway Monday night.
Turn things off. Set Heat or Cool to 70. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
