The staff were incredible! From check-in to departure everyone had a smile and seemed to genuinely care. The room itself was lovely. The only suggestion would be that housekeeping need to spend a little more time snd attention when cleaning the room.

Great downtown location. Very good restaurant and obviously popular. The staff we met were great. Our room was just "meh". The decor is sort of industrial. A bit stark. My own preference for hotel decor is a bit warmer and much more luxurious. I want to feel I'm treating myself and this one didn't live up to that.

Cute little hotel! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the size and location of the TV (small, in the corner of the room), but that’s a very minor issue. The Mercer restaurant is fantastic! The food and beer were amazing, I would definitely recommend it. The hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing time and would definitely return!

Staff was terrific - friendly and helpful. Our dinner on Monday was excellent - menu was most interesting. The Miso brûlée desert was both unusual and very tasty. Will come back next year!
