This is a classic case of - ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ The outside appearance was quite deceiving, but inside everything was clean and well kept. The pool area was wonderful. (Could’ve been warmer waters, but the set up was very nice.)
The stay was great. The booking was mixed up. We had a multi family room with 1 king 1 queen and a double b3d couch. However that was not available. The clerk was very accomodating and helped us out. Other then the mix up it was another great stay.
Hitel is under new ownership and renovations are underway..Main buildings and rooms are nice and clean.
Pool area is large and has sauna as well

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, with a warm greeting. The facility was neat and tidy, and provided the essentials that I needed. I was visiting for work and only there to sleep. In general, some cosmetic upgrades to the property would improve the curbside appeal and draw more guests.
Stayed for one night. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious.

Bed sheet skirt had stains on it and the couch had a great big stain on it. Front desk clerk was great friendly. Key card would not work on both mornings.
