45th Anniversary

We came to celebrate our anniversary and catch a couple of plays. We were looking for a place that would be waljing distance to everything and the suites fit the bill. Everything was great and the restaurant downstairs was a gem. Only item was it was a little bit difficult to locate because there is only a small etching on the door. I would recommend highly.

I was very pleased with my stay at Statford Suites. Picking up my key was straightforward in the restaurant/lounge below. Parking behind was readily available. The room was well equipped and quiet. The location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again

Once I was notified of the proper establishment I was staying at(address and pictures on expedia were NOT what I booked); I was satisfied. It is not a hotel with numerous rooms which I thought I booked BUT an older home that had been restored into 4 suites. We were given a door code and key for our room left in the door knob. We never met anyone affiliated to the establishment while staying there. The room was nice and the bathroom large and modern. Bed was comfy. Only 2 complaints....the toilet didn't flush the first time... i needed to fiddle inside the tank. It then flushed the remainder of our stay however it ran the whole time. Secondly the room needed more lighting!! So dim that you couldn't read. All in all it was average. Expensive at $210.

This is an excellent location. Walkable to everything. Large room and bathroom. Very comfortable. No elevator so if issues with stairs not for you. Small amount of parking however we had no issue as not busy.

It is a very good location, close to all amenitie.

Arrived on Wed.and stayed 3 nights. Everything on arrival was clean. Each day after that, the bed was not made, the used bathroom towels, cloths, the used coffee cups and garbage were not replaced with clean supplies.

First of all, the photo on the booking site is NOT the hotel. It's the town hall. So, that was a disappointment. However, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. It's centrally located, so one can walk to all of the theatres and the major shopping/dining areas. Be aware that the parking lot behind the hotel only has five spots, and it can be a tight squeeze if you don't drive a small car.

Great location, easy access to everything. Large room and bathroom. Dated, stale and dingy. Looked clean but not fresh. Exceedingly cheap towels, tp, linens and soaps. No staff upon arrival or on location at all - a tradesman who happened to be on location let us in. Overwhelming smell of natural gas at entrance and seeping in room - addressed this with the one staff member we saw cleaning on our second day. Seems to be much more appropriate as a cheap Airbnb than marketed as a hotel.

The room is right In the middle of Stratford. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself was huge and very clean. It is decorated in a mid nineties style and could definitely use some love. If they put in a coffee machine and checked the lights it would really improve things. Small complaints, definitely recommend.

The building shown on the site was NOT the hotel itself. Check-in was very smooth, rooms were spacious and totally serviceable. Could not get the TV to work, and there could have been more soap / body wash in the bathroom.
