Come enjoy the convenience of this cozy studio located adjacent to the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain.

Our Studio condo is in the Long Trail House located directly across from Stratton Village where you can walk to the base lodge and lifts. Park in the heated garage beneath Long Trail, store your gear in the ski lockers and walk across the street for direct access to the lifts as well as the shops and restaurants in the village.

The studio features views of Stratton Mountain, a living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, a queen murphy bed and a pull out full size sofa bed. Kitchenette with bar seating make this the perfect base for a couple or small family. The unit has WiFi, a DVD player and cable TV.

Long Trail House features 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, all open year round. A well appointed lounge with wood burning fireplace overlooks the pool area. The concierge sets up complimentary coffee and pastries in high seasons. Common laundry area also located next door to the unit.

Outstanding Stratton Stay, location, amenities, I love this little village, this studio apartment is perfect for a true Stratton experience. Park the car and never get back in it until it is time too leave. The studio is beautiful and so is the building. Communication with the owner is flawless. I will be back!

Very solid rental unit. Location cant be beat; about 50 ft/1 min walk to the village and you're skiing in about 5 minutes. Condo was clean, everything functioned, and the host let us check in a little early. We will certainly come back. Free coffee and muffins in the building were bonus as well as the hewted pool, sauna, and jacuzzis.

Nice condo and nice mountain

The studio condo we reserved had a last minute appliance issue so the owner upgraded us to a one bedroom and even accommodated an early check in. Everything worked out fine. The condo is next to village and to get to the lifts it’s a quick walk through the village and you’re there. Very clean unit with excellent water pressure and hot water. Plan to come back soon.

Very comfortable, perfect location, and great amenities

My girlfriend and I (both 50+ adults) had a great weekend at this property from Oct 11-13, 2024. The place was exactly as advertised, very comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the fireplace, sauna, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub. We did 2 nice hikes, one to the top of Stratton mountain (pretty tough) and the other around Equinox Pond and to the top of Robin's Lookout in Manchester (easy). Stratton Village is directly across the street from this property with super easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and of course the mountain ifself. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Stratton.

We had an incredible stay. The location was top notch and within easy walking distance of all the fun. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. It was an amazing place to spend the weekend! The only thing we would have loved was a wine bottle opener.

Presidents Weekend Ski Trip

We had a great stay! So convenient to the village! The hot tubs after skiing were excellent. We arrived after 10pm and found our room with the fire place on and soft music playing on tv and our bed already turned down - very nice to walk in to after a long travel day after work! Hosts were very responsive to our questions along the way. Highly recommend!
