Ligging fantastisch aan de rand van Lago Maggiore, even buiten Stresa. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Tweede slaapkamer op bovenverdieping enigszins krap en eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor een kind. Doordat wij pech hadden met een ongeval, bleek de verhuurder, in de persoon van mevr Petracchi, een goede steun te zijn. Zij was telefonisch goed bereikbaar en bereid waardig hulp te bieden. Kortom, ondanks pech een geweldig verblijf.

Aussicht auf den See sensationell...Wohnung wenig gepflegt...Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht gut geklappt(wir mussten 1 Stunde warten)...In der Wohnung genügend Platz für uns zu Zweit...Garten mit Pool schön, Liegestühle fehlten...Garage für Auto super...Alles in Allem war es sehr schöne 4 ruhe und friedliche Tage, die wir in Stresa verbracht haben.

Anfahrt zum Haus etwas schwierig,Ausfahrt zur Hauptstraße schlecht einsehbar,Lage des Hauses top, gut 2 km außerhalb Stresas,viel Platz für 4 Leute,eingebettet zwischen Uferhauptstrasse und Bahnlinie,Haus war fast leer,also ruhig ,Tiefgaragenparkplatz,Aufzug,gute Küche ,2 Balkone,gute Betten,die vielleicht beste Wohnung von 18 Einheiten,die Aussicht geht hoch weit Richtung Schweizer Grenze, Lebensmitteleinkauf besser in Verbanio oder hinter Arona,aber auch in Stresa möglich,sehr schöner Urlaub !

Fantastisk udsigt, god beliggenhed, men vær opmærksom på et par ting

På denne destination får man forholdsvis hvad der loves, men man skal være opmærksom på et par ting. Det trækker i særdeleshed op at udsigten er fantastisk, dejligt med adgang til pool, man har egen parkeringsgarage og stedet ligger dejlig privat med plads omkring dig hvis du ikke er til crowded steder. Lejligheden trænger til en opgradering og en del inventar bærer præg af at være slidt/brugt. Der mangler lige det sidste, f.eks. 4 gode stole på terrassen (fremfor lidt tilfældigt), liggestole til poolen som hver lejlighed selv skal sørge for mangler osv. Vær’ opmærksom på der ikke er aircondition og da man sover på 1. etage af lejligheden blir det altså virkelig varmt hvis en hedebølge rammer. Lejligheden har ikke wi-fi. Og der er ikke langt til Stresa, men umiddelbart er der ikke en god direkte gårute, da vejen fører direkte til Stresa, men er ufremkommelig til fods. Cykel ok.

Anlage leider außerhalb von Stresa und zu Fuß kann man nichts erreichen, das ist Schade und selbst für ein Bad im so nahen See ist man leider auf das Auto angewiesen um z B. nach Lesa zum Schwimmen zu gehen. Der Pool ist eine kurzweilige Option, da die Liegewiese sehr klein ist. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön aber sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Bettwäsche und Sofakissen gehören mal wieder in die Wäsche und Ablagen im Bad und Böden ordentlich geputzt. Zudem hatten wir regelmäßig Armeisenstrassen in der Wohnung und fahren pro Person mit mindestens 50 Schnakenstichen nach Hause, man konnte abends den Balkon mit dem schönen Seeblick kaum genießen! Mückennetze an Fenster sind nicht vorhanden. Internet ist nur auf Anfrage, für 2€ am Tag zuf Verfügung, sollte man im Vorfeld wissen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Ortseingang von Stresa

Es ist eine schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem mega Ausblick auf den See. Zwei Terrassen sind in Richtung See und 1 Terrassen im oberen Stockwerk geht zur Bergseite heraus. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Pool. Jede Wohnung hat eine Garage, die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es gab Handtücher. Marina ist sehr nett und hatte einige Tipps für uns parat gehabt. Für uns war alles in Ordnung gewesen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit !
