With no doubt this apartment is one of the loveliest places to live in Stresa.
It is new, charming and comfortable. There are two terraces, one faces south side and is ideal for sunbathing, the other one faces north and has a magnificent view to Lake Maggiore and private gardens of Villa Rosmini, the oldest villa of Stresa. The second terrace is a dream for those seeking for romantic dinners on summer evenings. Inside of this cute little Italian home you find a small equipped kitchen, shower, bedroom with a double bed, and a cosy dining room.
Dolce Casa is situated on the last floor of a 4 story building, without elevator. It is right in the center of Stresa, two steps away from most bars, restaurants and cafes. There is a free public parking along the lake front that is just 200 meters away from the house. This is a truly comfortable and adorable home on the shores of the most romantic lake in Italy.
