SOLE E LAGO apartment is located within the VERDELAGO residence in a panoramic position less than 2 km. from the center of Stresa ( 10-15 min walk). The residence has a large garden with beautiful blooms and a 10 x 5 m swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, open from June 1 to the end of September. Crossing the road you reach the natural pebble beach, from where you can swim in the lake. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, has all new and modern furnishings and it has a pedestal fan. It consists of very well equipped kitchen, living room with French sofa bed for one person, and SMART TV . From here you access the small terrace equipped with table and chairs from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom has a double bed and has a covered terrace with outdoor lounge that has a view of the greenery and the lake. The bathroom is completely brand new, it has a large shower and washing machine. An enclosed garage is available for guests under the residence, connected by elevator to the apartment floor.
