It’s ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike. Also, opposite is a lovely cosy 16th-century pub serving great food and a great atmosphere to match. In Minchinhampton town centre, just under 1½ miles away, is another pub with excellent food, a fish and chip shop, a delicatessen, a butcher, a local shop selling most things, two hairdressers, a chemist, post office, doctors, library and two churches. Slightly further afield, just over 1½ miles, is Nailsworth which has similar but more extensive facilities to Minchinhampton and also a supermarket and a petrol station.

The property is located within the owner’s garden, and visitors will have access to a small enclosed private garden with seating behind the property, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea.
