Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King primary suite with a large soaker tub and freestanding shower in the master bathroom & TV, your quiet retreat after a day at the beach.
Bedroom 2: One queen bed, comfortable and cozy.
Bedroom 3: Two full size beds, hotel-style layout.
Living Room: Three couches, two of which convert to queen sofa beds for extra sleeping flexibility.
The second full bathroom is easily accessible from the living room and common areas, making it convenient for guests in Bedrooms 2 and 3 and anyone using the sofa beds.
Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for six, plus four additional seats at the breakfast bar in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with starter coffee and two coffee maker options—a drip coffee maker and a Keurig & cooking essentials so you can settle in and start cooking. All bed linens, bath and beach towels, cleaning supplies, starter toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are included and ready for your stay. Washer and dryer are available with starter laundry detergent.
Outdoor Fun & Relaxation
Step outside to a huge yard featuring a volleyball net for backyard play, corn hole, the Slam Ball game, a fire pit, and wrap-around seating area, perfect for evening chats, s’mores, or soaking up the Florida sunshine. Gas grill available for guest use (BYOG for propane - may or may not need refilled). For active mornings, enjoy our guest bikes or light exercise equipment including a yoga mat and 10 lb weights. Pickleball fans will love having gear ready, with free public pickleball courts at Langford Park just about a 10-minute drive away.

Stuart is famous for its fishing, and for good reason. Known as the “Sailfish Capital of the World,” this area offers some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing anywhere. From offshore sailfish and mahi-mahi to inshore snook, tarpon, redfish, and trout, anglers of all levels are in the right place. Boat ramps, marinas, shoreline fishing spots, and charters are all nearby, with the St. Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon, and Atlantic Ocean just minutes away. The entire home except for locked owner supply cabinets, and an outdoor shed.
Grill is offered for your use as long as you clean it after use.
Other things to note
Perfect for intimate, low key family get togethers. The outdoor area with the fire-pit, dining and lounging is made for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together, just not wild parties. While our neighbors get to live in paradise, they have to work here as well, so please be respectful. No outside loud music or noise from dusk to dawn.
Rest assure while this is a new property listing it is managed by a very seasoned super host and you are in great hands!
While we’ve maximized the home for extra sleeping space, please keep in mind the house has two bathrooms and a 40-gallon hot water heater. If you’re traveling with a full crew, back-to-back showers aren’t realistic, a little shower scheduling is your friend. ;)

When requesting to book, please include SIX things in your message:
1. The “confirmation words” found in the house rules
2. Whether you’re bringing an animal
3. The total number of guests (please enter the accurate guest count in your reservation request for accurate pricing)
4. The total number of cars
5. That all guests are non-smokers
6. That you accept 100% liability for all guests safety
These details are required for each reservation.
There is an additional 5% tourism tax built into our rate that Martin County requires us to collect for them, we wish we didn’t have to, but we do!
