Whether you choose walks on the beach, swimming or fishing, watching the sunrises or sunsets, you can have it all. Beachwood Villas is conveniently located in an exclusive area on Hutchinson Island and is a one-of-a-kind complex with the feel of a beach house. Very well maintained with one of the longest stretches of beach-front compared to other complexes in the area. The condo complex has a pool and jacuzzi as well as barbeque stations. The spacious, open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze. Beautiful white kitchen cabinetry, granite counters, and a breakfast bar. The condo has vaulted ceilings with a loft that has two queen size beds for extra sleeping space. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large screen TV/cable. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and cooking. The living room boasts an oversized TV/cable and incredible views of the ocean. The washer/dryer is in the unit with plenty of closet space. Covered parking. Condo rules and seasonal renter requirements apply to renters. The unit is available for rent for a minimum of two consecutive months. No pets or smoking within the unit allowed.
