The Wellsworth Hotel has a great vibe combining a history of days gone by with a new era of hospitality. The place had a quiet murmur of activity. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Scooby Doo hotel,. Immaculate hotel in the middle of no where. 2 weddings going on and saw maybe 15 people in total all on ground floor. Walk up to front desk and guy smiles and walks into back room. Wait 5 minutes and try and figure where he went. Then walk a half mile down hallway to a bathroom. Come back to join someone else waiting. Get up to room only person we see just got out of a pool. Room is spotless and tremendous also furthest away from the elevators. Get into a big comfortable bed and start to here road noises of passing traffic like we are outside yet we are 4 floors up . Wake up in the AM open up window and noticed we are sitting directly across from the Town PD and the street was completely unpaved creating so much extra noise. Windows also must have been single pane glass. Still was worth the stay if you are looking for something in between Bryant and Amherst.

Upon entering our room and looking around, an extremely dirty rag (what appears as though it used to be a washcloth but had stains on it) was sitting on the shelf of the sink in the bathroom. We brought the rag down to the front desk. The clerk asked if we wanted to switch rooms (which we did) and he helped us to move our belongings to the new room. The new room seemed very clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay. Restaurant food was good but the service was very poor. Did not refill drinks, brought out unheated soup, etc. Would not recommend if you are looking for a nice meal with a quiet atmosphere. It's pretty loud in there!
