Sehr abgewohnte Zimmer. Das Badezimmer sehr unsauber, gerade im Duschbereich. Grobe Ablagerungen von Kalk und Schmutz. Duschen war somit nicht möglich (Ekel).

Wir können Ihre Verärgerung gut nachvollziehen und wir werden umgehend mit unserem Housekeeping Team Rücksprache halten, dass hier sorgfältiger gearbeitet wird.
