From the moment we came to “Check In” a rude dark hair receptionist staff didn’t welcome me well. When asked for directions and where to go places never showed any interest of helping. Bad attitude. Even front of my child you spoke rudely never helped. The rest of staff and the cleaning ladies were amazing and brilliant. Communication with Reception can be difficult as they don’t understand English. Room was good. Good location. Good view and close to shops and stations. My room had No AC and Window Doors don’t shut I asked for help many times but nobody has helped me. Night the room was getting cold. At night with heavy winds the window door keeps banging loudly. Cleaning and over filled bins is not pleasant. But House cleaner is very nice and helpful. Sirens going on every day even middle of nights is awful and my poor child cannot sleep with this much noise. I never got breakfast. Made food from scratch. No microwave to warm food. Me and My daughter had insect bites because poor weather and doors been opened.
Overall the Hotel apartment, room and location was amazing, but communication was poor.
