I wouldn’t say cozy

The front door had a giant crack in the glass- which left us with a fear of our safety. This is a storefront that has been “converted” into a rental. The second “bedroom” was in the living room and in fact the beds were set up in what used to be a shop windows- my daughter didn’t feel safe. In addition a terrible smell emanated from the bathroom and there were no windows to open. Just awful. Was there for such a short stay I didn’t contact landlord because I didn’t want to wait for someone to come but no kitchen either (in bathroom which is really not sanitary. We travel a lot and this was the worst place we’ve stayed hands down.

Die Wohnung hält nicht, was die Beschreibung verspricht, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Von einer Buchung ist dringend abzuraten. Es ist eigentlich keine Wohnung. Es handelt sich um ein früheres Ladengeschäft, welches gewerblich genutzt wurde. Daher gibt es in der ganzen Wohnung nur im Bad ein einziges kleines Fenster zum Öffnen. Das Wohn- / Schlafzimmer ist der ehemalige Verkaufsraum, dort gibt es zwei riesengroße, nicht zu öffnende Schaufenster, in denen die Betten (Holzpritschen) untergebracht sind. Zwischen diesen befindet sich die Eingangstür. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer verkehrsreichen Kreuzung. Die Schaufenster zeigen zur Straße und sind mit dunklen Vorhängen verdeckt, weil sonst jeder Passant direkt in die Betten schauen könnte. Man schläft gefühlt fast auf der Straße. Die Eingangstür ist klapprig und mit einem lächerlich einfachen Zugangscode gesichert. Die Küchenzeile befindet sich im Bad direkt neben der Toilette. Dies ist unzumutbar. Der Zustand der Einrichtung ist mangelhaft. Das Toiletten-Abflussrohr ist locker, am Küchenschrank fällt der Griff ab und einer der beiden Regler zur Steuerung der Herdplatten fehlte, so dass nur eine Herdplatte nutzbar ist. Die Armlehne am Sofa ist kaputt. Die Schränke stehen offen, sind verzogen und voll mit Wäsche. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen, keinen einzigen Kleiderhaken in der gesamten Wohnung, keinen Handtuchhaken im Bad. Der vorhandene Wäschetrockner war beim Check-In noch angeschaltet.

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen

Dieser Ferienhaus sieht eigentlich wie ein früherer Laden aus, als ob es früher ein Geschäft war und später in ein Ferienhaus umgebaut wurde. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind in einem Raum untergebracht, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Urlaub eine Woche

Wir hatten 7 Nächte gebucht. Der check in erfolgte ohne Vermieter über eine Zugangscode der ein Witz ist. Möglichst keine Wertsachen in der Wohnung lassen.Bei Ankunft leif im Schlafzimmer der Wäschetrockner der auch die Ganze Woche nicht geleert wurde. Auf dem Trockner steht eine Kochplatte daneben eine Mircowelle und der Wasserkocher. Die "Kochnische" steht im Bad gegenüber der Toilette. Es gibt im Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es ausser im Bad kein Fenster. Aus dem Bad zieht ständig ein übler Geruch durch die Wohnung.Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Tisch der mal ein Schreibtisch war mit 4 total durchgesessenen Stühlen "für bis zu 6 Personen" . Die Wohnung lässt sich auch nicht richtig verdunkeln was einem guten Schlaf nicht zuträglich ist.Fazit: Preis / Leistungsverhältnis unterirdischNIE WIEDER

Nicht so ganz gemütlich aber sauber

Früher war es ein Geschäft, das in eine Wohnung umfunktioniert wurde. Das Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer ist wohl die ehemalige Verkaufsfläche, denn zwei der Betten wurden direkt in den Schaufenstern gebaut, zum Glück gab es dicke Vorhänge. Die Kochnische steht im Bad, gegenüber dem WC. Dafür steht im 2. Schlafzimmer eine kleine Kochplatte, die Mikrowelle und der Trockner. Für 1-2 Nächte eine ok-Bleibe für wenig Geld, wenn man nur ein sauberes Bett zum Schlafen sucht. Keine Wohnung in der man verweilen möchte. Immerhin war es sauber.
