The staff was amazing. We loved the whole staff, but in particular Shivam and Kelvin stood out going the extra mile each time we needed help or information. Very friendly, amicable, professionals, very attentive to details and everything in general. Than you SHIVAM and KELVIN. YOU ARE THE BEST.

Leider waren im Zimmer ein paar Sachen defekt. Eine Nachttischlampe funktioniert nicht. In der Dusche fiel ein der Knopf zum Auswahl des Duschkopfes ab. Des Weiteren funktionierten die Seifen und Shampoospender nicht. Das Personal hat sehr professionell und freundlich unsere Probleme aufgenommen und kompensiert.

Dadurch, dass dieses Hotel erst seit ein paar Wochen geöffnet hat, ist natürlich alles makellos: nagelneue, große, extrem saubere und schallisolierte Zimmer mit tollem Bad und mega bequemem Bett.
