Excellent, clean, new property with a delicious breakfast buffet, coffee station, and full bar. The room wasn’t particularly spacious, but it was perfect and affordable for one night. It’s a chain and doesn’t have a quirky local hotel vibe, but it does the job for a good nights sleep.

! HORRIFYING TREATMENT OF DISABLED CUSTOMER ! On 13/04/26 we were delayed travelling in Europe and had to make an unexpected layover in Stuttgart Germany. As we don't speak German I was too anxious to walk into a hotel & book a room, so we used Hotel.Com to avoid communication issues. What a relief to see a friendly familiar face on the hotel listings, Premier Inn, a UK company, used multiple times before. I can't explain how happy i was. BUT that is where the happiness ENDED!! The stay? We arrived at the front desk, but never got to sleep in the hotel! This was due to a booking error on the third party App and we immediately contacted them due to our lack of confidence discussing with the hotel staff. Hotel.Com were lovely, offered to call the hotel direct to explain and "advocate on our behalf". The app had defaulted the date to 20th April and we hadn't spotted the error but luckily the hotel wasn't fully booked!! Premier Inn staff at Stuttgart however (with over one weeks notice) were COMPLETELY UNWILLING to either amend the booking for that night OR permit a refund so we could book elsewhere!! They instead preferred to leave TWO people (including a disabled person) to sleep in a STRANGE COUNTRY, WHERE THEY DON'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE, IN THEIR PACKED CAR....OVERNIGHT!!! Tried to contact whitbread Head Office several times who won't discuss it because it was booked through Hotel.Com App!! UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! Whitbread - Keep the money it's the last you'll see of ours!

Alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Tee, Dosenmilch, Zucker, Föhn, Schminkspiegel). Frühstück ausreichend und okay für den Start in den Tag. Toll wäre es, wenn die Lebensmittel noch deklariert wären nach Inhaltsstoffen (z.B enthält Soja, Lactose etc) da man so gar keine Orientierung vor Ort gefunden hatte. Ansonsten tippi toppi, gerne wieder.

Neues Hotel in bekannter Premier Inn Qualität. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer in 4 er Belegung . Für den Preis top , allerdings auch aufgrund der max. Belegung recht eng . Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber nichts besonderes . Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und auf Zack . Lage im Industriegebiet , Porsche Museum fussläufig erreichbar . Bahn Station recht nah . Bis in die Innenstadt ca 25 Minuten Fahrt . Parken 15€ . Vor dem Hotel scheinen aber auch kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden . Leider zu spät gesehen .
