It is on a main highway so there is some noise, where I live it's noisy so that didn't bother me. when you want to eat you will have to go into Sudbury or maybe order delivery. If you plan on stopping to sleep and then get up in the morning, have a shower and go, for the money I would stay there again.
This is a clean 1 star motel but the bedding and linens were very worn and the bathroom very small.

The room was fine, and worth the cost. if you're looking for a cost effective stay, this property is serviceable. If you're looking to be pampered, this wouldn't be the place for you.
This is an older place with cosmetic look, but was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. King mattress was too soft for me but was very very nice.
I stopped in Sudbury after a 16-hour drive and before a similar one the next day. So if you're just looking for a quick stop-over, this hotel is fine. While the place is dated and would benefit some updating and renovations, it still provides a clean room and a shower, with a comfortable bed and TV. No breakfast at this facility and quite out of the way from services. Friendly staff
For an older place, very clean and the king bed was very comfortable
Great place for a sleep while travelling as it was quiet from adjoining rooms!

As others have mentioned, the place is exceptionally clean and that is the most important thing to me. Bed is comfortable and they provide three types of pillows - firm, orthopaedic and soft. Works well for me. The furnishings are early bad garage/office sale and there is a fridge, microwave (from the 1970’s) and coffee maker. The coffee provided couldn’t make a single cup of coffee. Ice is available through the front desk. Good enough stay for my purposes.

It's a place to spend the night. I hate these try to catch all questions. It's clean, it's comfortable, it's handy but a bit noisy due to its proximity to the TCH, but hey, what place along this route is perfect? The great era of road trips is gone unless you visit these run down joints where it all used to happen.
Very old motel in poor condition. Probably very nice 50 years ago. The bathroom was so small you could
s—-, shower and shave at the same time. The bed frame was too large for the mattress. Kept stubbing our toes on the legs. My wife eventually wrapped towels around the legs. The step going into the room was too high. We are both in our 70’s and this was a very bad motel. The host ( owner) was very friendly, but I cancelled this location for our return trip.

Overall a great experience but things like water pressure could need some adjustments, but that could be an issue with the area all and not the motel.
There were no pet friendly rooms, but my dogs were OK to stay in Van. I was disappointed that I could not get TV to work , and there was no coffee supplied for second night stay.
